Homero G. has been one of the biggest influences on my love for deep house. One of the first times I walked into Vinyl Dreams the owner, Mike, was playing a release off of Homero's label Inner Sunset Recordings and to say the least, it blew my mind. Homero's music is filled with midi goodness and is the antithesis of sample heavy lo-fi house music that's saturating the scene today.

If you're from the Bay Area and love house music, you probably have heard Homero's name before. Collectors and diggers pride themselves in accumulating the various records Homero has put out, all of which are filled with high quality, dance floor centric deep house.
